Kitty at Night is a watercolor painting on mixed media paper. 
Negative space masking was used for the silhouette of the cat in the foreground, sitting and looking at the vast night sky. 
The sky is a pink and purple gradient with splotches of white and a planetary shape in the upper left corner.
