My name is Maureen. I am the owner and person behind Atomic Beet. I have been through a few career paths (teacher, hairstylist, physicist....) and enjoyed them, but have always LOVED creating, sewing, photography, and design most (which now doesn't seem like I've narrowed it down AT ALL). What you can expect to find on AtomicBeet.com are my own clothing designs, sewing patterns, one-off designs and an opportunity to order custom pieces of your own imagination.
I love the idea of people making what they need and giving handmade gifts, which is why I will be offering patterns of the items I sell, for those that enjoy making it themselves. I also understand that some people don't want to make things, but are totally into the sustainable handmade movement, which is why I sell the ready to wear/use items.
